COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to COVID-19, order processing and shipping is taking longer and delivery times are not guaranteed.
All domestic U.S orders are taking longer than usual. Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to arrive.
International (non-US) orders are currently subject to severe delays with USPS taking between 4-8 weeks to arrive. When ordering, please keep in mind that delays are likely. We have added FedEx as an option for some countries which is currently the most reliable shipping method.
We are all hoping that life will return to normal as soon as possible and that everyone stays safe during this time.
All orders are shipped from New Jersey, USA within a target of 1 business day of receipt, however this is not guaranteed as delays may occur from time to time. Orders are shipped Monday – Friday with a cut off time of 1pm ET for same day shipping.
Orders with Standard or Free Shipping are sent via USPS First Class Mail with an expected delivery time of 3 – 5 business days after the item has shipped. In practice this results in an average delivery time of 4 – 7 business days (not weekends) after an order has been placed. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed. Any tracking information will be sent to the supplied email address.

Notice: thyroidsupplements.com cannot guarantee delivery of Thyrovanz on international orders due to the varying customs laws of each country. Purchasing Thyrovanz outside of the US is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to abide by any relevant importation laws when ordering.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are sent via USPS with limited tracking information sent via email.
UK Customers: Your item may be liable for VAT and additional postal charges prior to delivery.
Australia & New Zealand: USPS has recently suspended services. All shipments are now sent via FedEx only.
